Returns In-Store
For purchases made in our physical store, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. We do, however, have a generous trade-in policy and we welcome trade-ins.
Returns For Online Purchases
If you are returning a book you purchased as a result of an error that we made, we will pay for the return shipping cost and provide you with a full refund or a replacement, if one is available.
If you are returning a book because you made a mistake in ordering it, you must pay for the return shipping, and your book may be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion, up to 50% of the price of the book. We recommend that you contact us before returning the book to find out the specifics of your return.
In order for your return to be processed, mail it to the following address within 7 days:
