Listen to Me is a collection of Dmitra-Dejahnae Lucas' poetry and prose. This work of art is bound by the spoken and unspoken conversations throughout the author's life. Dmitra's words Listen to Me is an ode to everyone surviving with blocked and unaligned throat chakras. The throat chakra (arit), the fifth energy point, is responsible for self-expression, communication and speaking your truth.

Being handed a blue composition notebook in a child's psychiatric hospital ignited Ms. Lucas' pen(wo)manship.
